Vila Joya is renowned for its restaurants – the incredible Michelin, the so special beach shack and the grill in the garden by the pool.
Here, amidst the soulful music of the sea and the kaleidoscopic colours of summer flora, new culinary ideas bloom every day. In 2025, we were inspired to create a new restaurant within our restaurants, literally traveling from the beach to the garden and back.
This year, The Flying Chefs team will take you on a personal journey through Portuguese and Spanish cuisine – full of uniquely mouthwatering flavours.

As of end of April the shack becomes the stage for The Flying Chefs. This special place is the perfect setting for thier soulful creations. Revel in the stunning vista of the ocean while enjoying a glass of champagne or Joy’s favourite, vibrant and utterly refreshing cocktails. Then we recommend you to let The Flying Chefs surprise you with an „Iberian duet“ – a menu that showcases the exceptional flavors of Portuguese and Spanish cuisine.
